8. What is your customs guarantee?

9. Will I be charged tax or duty on delivery?
All our prices are VAT and duty inclusive so you will not have to pay any extra upon delivery

10. What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, in new condition and have ALL tags attached. Damage or omission of any items will result in a re-stocking fee which includes inner package.

Returns and Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days from the date your order was shipped.

If Items are postmarked after 14 days but within 30 days of receipt, we will provide you with a store credit.

Anything after the 30 day period will be considered an unauthorized return and will be immediately shipped back to you at your own expense. Your credit card on file will be charged.

12. How can I change or modify my order?

If your order has not been processed or shipped, it is possible that your purchase can be modified. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes including cancellations.
